Returns and Exchanges Policy
Standard Returns
If you change your mind about your order, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return unopened, unused products in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. This is in line with your rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
To initiate a return, email info@laudskin.co.za within those 7 days with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographs of the product in its original, unopened condition. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm next steps.
Defective or Damaged Products
Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to return a defective or damaged product within 6 months of your purchase date. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us at info@laudskin.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect or damage. We will assess your return and advise on your options: a replacement, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Adverse Skin Reactions
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or have caused an adverse skin reaction. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Please then contact us at info@laudskin.co.za with your order number and a description of your experience. We handle all adverse reaction queries individually and take them seriously. We cannot guarantee that all our products will work for all skin types, and we will deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to contact us with your concerns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.
