Shipping, Delivery and Fulfilment Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across South Africa. Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are:

  • Main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2 to 3 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3 to 5 business days

These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery timeframes may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: R100

Free shipping on all orders of R1,000 and over.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will leave a notification with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. LaudSkin is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@laudskin.co.za within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you upon full payment of the order price.
